Much of traditional trauma release and bodywork focuses heavily on physical force: finding tension points, applying brute physical pressure, and pushing the body into dramatic catharsis - crying, screaming, shaking and pounding pillows.
That has its place, but it carries a severe limitation: people have powerful releases and still return to the exact same physical and emotional knots weeks later.

Return To Innocence is founded on the understanding that innocence is the natural state of direct relationship with life before fear, protection, conditioning or ego reshape our perception.

The Inner Office: Stillness, Silence, Openness
To do any real work on yourself or another human being, you must enter the Office.
- Stillness: complete relaxation and grounding of the physical body. Without physical stillness, perception is scattered.
- Silence: listening that moves past the chatter of the mind and outer noise into the quiet space in between, expanding like a cathedral.
- Openness: spacious awareness, from between the ears out to the stars, where tension dissolves by itself.
If you come to work but do not sit in the chair, turn on the computer or hold the mouse, nothing happens. In the Office, you stop trying to manufacture an outcome and hold a clean, steady container of presence.
The Energetic Handshake
The Handshake is knowing that whatever you touch is touching you back. In traditional bodywork, flesh touches flesh without connection. In Resonance, attention drops into the tissue like a drop of ink into a glass of water.
When you match frequency with stored charge and hold space without reacting, the nervous system receives energetic permission to soften. The core thorn can come out, and the charge often dissolves in a few conscious breaths.

Can I truly embody this work through a self-guided platform?
Ninety percent of Dearmouring and Resonance is the state of your own container: how you breathe, how you sit in stillness, and your capacity to observe energy without reacting. The two video libraries are real, uncut demonstrations you can practise alongside every day. If you do the work on your own body, understanding becomes embodied.
How does DeMa work as a guide?
Unlike open internet tools that draw from unrelated theories or ungrounded spiritual chatter, DeMa is trained only on De'an's book, Canon texts and training transcripts. It works like a quiet supervisor, giving grounded answers on active points, container safety and tissue dynamics in line with this body of work.
What happens if I meet emotional intensity I cannot process alone?
The platform covers self-dearmouring safety and the 1-to-5 intensity scale. You learn to work within your own energetic consent (levels 3-4), avoiding the freeze reflex. You can also book a 30-minute field diagnostic with De'an whenever you need direct guidance.
What if I want to join a live group later?
The self-guided platform is the foundation for all advanced work. Live mentorship is offered by application only, and needs grounding in these texts and video teachings first.
How does paying monthly work?
You pay 3 × €950 (€2,850 in total): the first payment now and then one each month for the next two months. Access starts straight away and lasts a full year. You can pay by card, charged automatically each month, or by bank transfer.
